Cake layers in their (almost) full glory, our semi-naked cake makes a somewhat mysterious statement. A perfect and popular choice for weddings and celebrations alike. Choose a colour palette and optional drip below. Fresh flower varieties & colours vary depending on availability and season. Each cake is handmade and unique, with no two cakes being the same. Please use the image gallery as a guide. Layers filled with decadent  chocolate ganache.


Ingredients listing (may contain all or some of the following): flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, vanilla, coffee, couverture chocolate, cream. May contain traces of nuts. All cakes are made from scratch using high quality ingredients and free range eggs.


Cake Pick Up: By appointment only from our studio in Keysborough - address will be displayed on order confirmation email. Please use the calendar function below to check availability, then select your preferred day and pick up time. You may also arrange for a courier service to collect your cake, however please visit our FAQ's section for more information prior to choosing this option.

Suggested number of servings is based on coffee sized portions

 

CAKE CARE AND TRANSPORTATION

All cakes are packaged in a cake box and are placed on a cake board usually 3" larger than the diameter of the cake. Two or three tiered options are placed on a white iced presentation board

During transportation, please keep cake as cool as possible and on a flat surface (boot or the floor of the car works well, we use non-slip matting to prevent movement)

Cakes styled with fresh or edible flowers are best eaten within 24 hours of pick up, as the flowers have the tendency to wilt after this time

Keep your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature an hour before serving

Ganache filling tends to stick to the knife when cutting your cake, making it difficult to get nice clean slices. To achieve clean cuts (and maximum number of serves), use a sharp (not serrated) knife, dipped in hot water and wiped dry before each cut!
