An Aussie classic! Fluffy coconut on buttercream, finished with jam and piped peaks. Inside is our coconut cake filled with cream cheese frosting and jam (or choose another of our standard flavours). Pair it with one of our cake toppers and 'Honey' candles (pictured). Each cake is handmade and unique, with no two cakes being the same - please use the image gallery as a guide. Cake toppers and accessories sold separately.


Ingredients listing (may contain all or some of the following): flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, vanilla, coffee, couverture chocolate, cream, coconut, jam, cream cheese. May contain traces of nuts. All cakes are made from scratch using high quality ingredients and free range eggs.

    CAKE CARE AND TRANSPORTATION

    All cakes are packaged in a cake box and are placed on a cake board usually 3" larger than the diameter of the cake. Two or three tiered options are placed on a white iced presentation board

    During transportation, please keep cake as cool as possible and on a flat surface (boot or the floor of the car works well, we use non-slip matting to prevent movement)

    Cakes styled with fresh or edible flowers are best eaten within 24 hours of pick up, as the flowers have the tendency to wilt after this time

    Keep your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature an hour before serving

    Ganache filling tends to stick to the knife when cutting your cake, making it difficult to get nice clean slices. To achieve clean cuts (and maximum number of serves), use a sharp (not serrated) knife, dipped in hot water and wiped dry before each cut!
