COVID-19 Update – At Cake Ink, our priority is to ensure our customers and staff remain safe. We operate from a private studio that is closed to the general public. Our sharp-edged fondant finish cake is adorned with a handmade macrame inspired edible rainbow. Each rainbow is meticulously custom made in a muted colour palette to suit your celebraiton. Please see the dropdown menu below for colour palette options. Each cake is handmade and unique, with no two cakes being the same - please use the image gallery as a guide.

Our fondant-finish cakes are masked and filled with delicious couverture white or dark chocolate ganache.

Ingredients listing (may contain all or some of the following): flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, vanilla, coffee. May contain traces of nuts. All cakes are made from scratch using high quality ingredients and free range eggs.

Cake Pick Up: By appointment only from our studio in Keysborough - address will be displayed on order confirmation email. Please use the calendar function below to check availability, then select your preferred day and pick up time.

All cakes are packaged in a cake box and are placed on a cake board usually 3" larger than the diameter of the cake. 

During transportation, please keep cake as cool as possible and on a flat surface (boot or the floor of the car works well, we use non-slip matting to prevent movement)

Keep your fondant cake at cool room temperature, away from mosture and direct sunlight.

Ganache and buttercream tends to stick to the knife when cutting your cake, making it difficult to get nice clean slices. To achieve clean cuts (and maximum number of serves), use a sharp (not serrated) knife, dipped in hot water and wiped dry before each cut!
